4.20 Carat Diamond and Platinum Ladies Engagement Ring

A ladies engagement ring, platinum, with an opulently large 4.20 karat emerald step cut diamond. This is a size 6.5 ring. The stone is approximately 4.20 carats, measuring 10.75 × 8.33 × 5.33 mm, depth 63.99%, table 66.0%, thin to medium girdle, very small cutlet, with good polish and symmetry, SI-1 in clarity, H in color with faint fluorescence. To either side of the central stone is a single tapered baguette step-cut diamond, approximately 0.30 carats each, VS clarity and color of G-H. The stones are set in highly polished platinum, cast and hand assembled, with a four-prong and bar setting. Hallmarked ‘Irid. Plat., 4.12.’ Total weight is approximately 4.60 dwt.
