Lladro "New Playmates" Porcelain Figurine

A Lladro ‘New Playmates’ porcelain figurine. The figurine depicts a boy with a lap full of wiggling puppies, while the doting mother dog sits close beside. Now retired, the figurine was first issued in 1988, being designed by sculptor Antonio Ramos. The bottom of figurine is marked with the blue Lladro stamp and “Hand made in Spain” having embossed mold number 5456, and being glazed in classic Lladro muted tones.
