A signed limited edition hand-colored lithograph by 20th century Charleston, South Carolina-based artist Tommy Johnston, titled George Everleigh House. The print depicts the historic Charleston home that was built in 1743. The print is titled in-plate to the lower left, though it is partially covered by the piece’s matting. It is numbered 394/500 in pencil just above this. It is signed both in-plate and in pencil to the lower right. The print is matted in blue and presented behind glass in a wooden frame with a wire attached to the verso for hanging.
