Item Details

A pair of Korean War era sterling silver marksman medals. One medal features a bar reading ‘sharpshooter’ with a Maltese cross with central target. This medal is the middle grade of marksman grading and is earned upon completion of weapon certification through the United States Military. This medal comes in a plastic protective box. Also features an Expert marksman medal, which features a Maltese cross with targets surrounded by a wreath. Three sterling medal attachment bars are also included, reading ‘Pistol-D,’ ‘Small Bore Rifle,’ and ‘Rifle.’ Each piece for this medal is marked ‘sterling’ to the backside.

• This item has been tested and verified by an independent gemologist.

Condition

- the sharpshooter medal has dirt and tarnishing. The Expert medal has tarnishing and is not attached to the remaining three qualifying bars.
