An original 2015 signed limited edition serigraph by well-listed American artist and activist Shepard Fairey (1970-), titled Pay Up or Shut Up. The print depicts the arm of Uncle Sam reaching out to cover the mouth of a man in a suit, likely meant to represent a politician. The phrase ‘All the free speech money can buy!’ is printed to the upper left, and Fairey’s ‘Obey’ logo is printed to the lower right in red along with the title of the piece. The print is signed, dated, and numbered 433/450 in pencil in the lower margin. It is matted in black and presented behind glass in a simple black composite frame.
