A group of twenty-four (24) Ben Franklin half-dollars (.50) ranging from years 1950-1963.The front of this coin has Benjamin’s Franklin head, while the reverse contains the Liberty Bell. The coins was originally designed by John R. Sinnock in 1948. The coin contains 90% silver and was minted from 1948 to 1963, it’s lifespan was cut short due to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy and the subsequent minting of the Kennedy Half Dollars. These coins were circulated. Total weight: 298.1 grams.
