A signed artist proof lithograph titled Two Trees by Harold Altman. This piece features a scene in a park with two large trees in the foreground and figures seated and walking in the background. The colors are green, yellow, and brown and convey sunlight shining through leaves. The piece is pencil-signed, titled, and labeled ‘artist proof’ under the image. The natural wood frame is thick and shows some splitting at the corners. Listed artist Altman (1924-2003) has works present in numerous well-known collections around the world. The Art Institute of Chicago holds a very similar lithograph entitled Two Trees II.
