Item Details

A circa 1840 bow front flame mahogany veneer chest of drawers. This chest has a solid mahogany top above four pull drawers. The drawers display bookmatched flame mahogany veneer, metal keyhole escutcheons, and replace Hepplewhite style metal drawer pulls. The drawers are constructed with hand notched dovetail joints on sides and in center of bow front. The piece is complimented by a serpentine scroll cut apron and four square cut post legs.
