Framed Signed American Folk Art Painting Fireplace Screen
Item Details
A framed and signed American Folk Art painting fireplace screen. The acrylic on wood composite panel painting shows a cape with a nineteenth century home and boat house with several sail boats enjoying gentle waters. The artist’s signature is signed J Cornell ’91 to the bottom right in black. Framed in a distressed blue wood frame with two feet to stabilize the painting upright for purpose of being used as a fireplace screen.
Condition
- distressed finish to frame is intentional. Some minor markings to the painting above the house, with discolored blue mark in the tree leaves and grass by the house.
