A large and delightful hand painted late 20th century Acoma olla, hand formed and polychrome decorated with stylized birds and foliate designs, as well as strong geometric patterns, by a member of the famous Vallo family of potters. With quite precise painting, in burnt sienna and black on buff. Signed on the base.

Good, intact, with some stray paint spatter spots
