Vintage Pair of Lead Toy Figurines Including a Manoil Figurine
Item Details
A pair of vintage diecast lead toy figurines. There is a ‘farmer carrying pumpkin’, M141, diecast toy. The figurine depicts a bald man in blue and white carrying a large, orange pumpkin. Embossed to the toy, ‘41/13. Made in USA. M.’ Also included is a Manoil style figurine depicting a man in a gray pants and coat walking with a yellow knapsack over one shoulder; unmarked. Manoil Manufacturing Co. was founded in 1935 by Maurice and Jack Manoil and the companies doors closed in 1959 when the demand for plastics grew.
