Vintage Seth Thomas Banjo Style Clock
Item Details
A vintage Homestead banjo style wall clock by Seth Thomas. The clock features a cream round face with black Arabic numerals, gold tone metal hands and a convex glass bezel within a hinged brass tone ring. The clock case is comprised of walnut, having glass insert panels with rose colored accents on a cream field, and a gold tone oak leaf motif. Paper label instructions for winding the clock are located to lower back, however, the movement has been replaced with a newer battery operated unit. Marked “Seth Thomas” to the clock face. Clock is not in working order.
Condition
- clock movement has been replaced with a newer battery operated movement which has corrosion. The back of clock has been cut away by movement, with loss to wood. Clock is not in working order.
