A vintage Dennison Manufacturing Mid-Century gift paper print roller. The cast concrete gift paper roller has a raised abstract pattern and has holes at both ends to attach to the machine. The Dennison Manufacturing Company was originally founded by Andrew Dennison in Brunswick, Maine in 1844. Originally a jewelry and watch packing company, it would be turned over to Andrew’s son, Eliphalet Whorf Dennison, who would expand it into a major paper goods manufacturer in Framingham, Massachusetts.. The company would later merge with Avery. This lot coordinates with a panoramic image of the factory with related books, 16BOS007-037 and another cast concrete gift paper roller with a Mid-Century Christmas pattern, 16BOS007-194.
