A tall lamp with a fabulous chalkware statue of a courting couple with flocked clothing. The dramatic piece stands 57’ and features a statue of a young peasant couple, barefoot and leaning against a wall. The young man tugs at her dress to get her attention so he can offer her an apple, but she looks away demurely. It is topped with an embroidered shade with floral pattern in ecru.
