A 1925 reprinted edition of Morals and Dogma of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, Prepared for the Supreme Council of the Thirty-Third Degree for the Southern Jurisdiction of the United States and Published by Its Authority. The book features the Degrees of membership, in order and by degrees, of the orders of Freemasonry membership, outlining the teachings and dogma of each level and the overall levels of the society. The book discusses the symbology of the organization as well as the responsibilities of each level of Degree. Featured on the red cloth cover is a gold stamped double-headed eagle with a crown and Masonic pyramid and the Latin phrases ‘Ordo Abchao’ (‘Order out of Chaos’) and ‘Deus Memque Jus’ (‘God and my right’). Published by L.H. Jenkins, Inc. from the original 1871 edition. It features illustrations and some offset lithographic printed images and photographs, including a photo of ‘Albert Pike, 33°’ and an alphabetic index and digest.
