Oil on Board Dutch-Style Floral Still Life

A masterful vintage oil on mahogany board floral still life painting in the style of the famed Dutch still life paintings of the 18th and 19th centuries. The painting is faintly signed ‘Nader’ to the lower left. It depicts a romanticized bouquet of bright white, red, yellow, blue and pink blossoms. Soft droplets of water drip down the plants’ leaves with a remarkably realistic sheen. The painting is presented in a vintage wooden frame with cast embellishments and a gold-toned finish. A wire is attached to the verso of the piece for hanging.
