A vintage Fiestaware platter, a Metlox ‘Poppytrail’ dish set, and more. This assortment features a vintage fiestaware oval platter in rose. Stamped to the bottom, ‘Genuine Fiesta / HLO / USA. The fiesta logo is in lower case indicating this is an older piece. The dishes by Metlox feature a strawberry motif on cream glaze with brown rims. The cups and serving pieces feature olive green speckled glaze. Included here are two dinner plates, four lunch plates, four soup/salad bowls, six cereal/ice cream bowls, three cups, six saucers, a butter dish, cream and sugar set, a salt and pepper set, and an oval platter. Stamped to the underside, ’Poppytrail by Metlox / Made in California.’ Also included in this collection are an assortment of other serving pieces including a strawberry lidded dish with pedestal base, several white and off white bowls, and more.
Condition
Consistent with age and use. Only one very small chip to a saucer was noticed. Manufacturing imperfections to underside of Fiestaware platter.
