Vintage Waterbury Mantel Clock

A circa 1930’s Waterbury mantel clock. Finished in a dark stain, this mantel piece opens its glass front on a brass frame with side hinge to reveal a metal face with gold tone numerals and hands. Marked to face ‘Waterbury.’ Clock is key wound with key located in open back door panel allowing access to chimes and gears. With curved sides flaring from center, clock is decorated with gold tone geometric detail to front below face. Clock worked when wound.
