Vintage Federal Style Floral Painted Table

Item Details

A set of Federal style occasional tables. The oval table features a light mahogany veneer top and green painted border, floral painted decoration and black border to the curved apron, resting on four fluted Sheraton style legs. A smaller, similarly decorated table fits underneath. This table has four columns with turned plinth, and rests on fluted sabre feet with brass paw caps. Marked on underside with remnants of old manufacturers labels ‘Imperial’ ‘Grand Rapids’ and stenciled ‘2122’ ands ‘HURA – 244’

Condition

Legs are loose. Some chips, paint marks and stains. Wear consistent with age and use.
