Set of Bradford Exchange "Our Magnificent Game Birds" Art Plates
Item Details
A set of six art plates from the Bradford Exchange. The title of the series is ‘Our Magnificent Gamebirds,’ done by artist Archibald Thorburn. The set includes ‘Woodcock on the Forest’s Edge’ (plate #3432B), ‘Capercaillie in the Winter Trees’ (#146E) ‘Red Grouse Amongst the Heather’ (#5794B) ‘Partridges on a Summer Heath’ (#5036B), ‘Ptarmigan in the Highlands’ (#1193D) and ‘Snipe Hiding in the Rushes’ (#1189E). The plates have hanging holes and are for display only, they are not food safe.
