The issues include: 4 (September 1963), 6 (November 1963), 18 (November 1964), 21 (February 1965), 23 (May 1965), 24 (May 1965), 26 (July 1965), 27 (August 1965), 28 (September 1965), 37 (June 1966), 40 (September 1966), 41 (October 1966), 45 (February 1967), and 46 (March 1967). Many have a white backboard for stability and all have a plastic cover.
