Vintage Gun Accessories
Item Details
A collection of vintage gun accessories. The group includes two shotgun cleaning rods, black powder nipples and four assorted rifle slings. One rod is metal with a rounded wood handle and a green canvas case. The rod is marked ‘Winchester Cleaning Rod Model 08’. The second rod is unmarked, possibly antique, and made of wood with brass fixtures; the top section of the wood rod is missing. Both rods are disassembled in several sections. The rifle slings are made of canvas and leather. Also included are five black powder nipples in a 500 Bimco Neue Spitz tin. They are all unmarked.
Condition
- to fair. Wear associated with age and use. Surface rust, scratches, dirt and grime, and brittle leather surfaces.
