A pair of Native American, Lakota Sioux sterling silver dangle earrings designed by Michael Little Elk. The earrings are designed with feathers in Tufa cast with brushed silver finish, and turquoise and lapis inlay accented in a high polished finish with fish hook wires. Signed to verso with pictograph hallmark and ML. Elk signature. Michael Little Elk was raised in South Dakota on the Rosebud Reservation. His jewelry has been in various galleries around the US, and his jewelry has also been in collections of the Smithsonian’s National Museum of the American Indian.
