Antique Smith & Wesson Model 1 Third Issue 'Tip Up' Revolver

An antique Smith & Wesson Model 1 third issue tip up revolver, .22 short issue caliber. Manufactured from 1868-1882, the third issue was basically the same as the second issue but with fluted chamber. Total number of third issue firearms manufactured was 131,163. This gun holds 7 rounds, a 3 3/16’ barrel, and birds head rosewood grips. Gun is untested; see Conditon details for additional information. (As this gun was manufactured prior to 1898, it will not require an FFL for on-site pickup.)
