1950 Walt Disney "Bambi" Musical Night Light

A delightful and classic Bambi musical night light from the 1950s highlights this lot. This mid-century light is made in the shape of a television which was invented in the 1950s. The screen depicts Bambi in a wooded scene with his friends Thumper and others. There is an on and off black switch on the front. The Mickey Mouse Club logo is on the front. Made of plastic construction, the original electrical cord is present. Made in the USA by ‘Hankscraft Company’ Wisconsin. Copyright ‘Waly Disney Productions’ which is marked on the backside. Green-blue color is still bold and vibrant. The label on the backside reads ‘Brahms Lullaby.’
Condition
- no cracks or breaks in the plastic. Minimal age wear with some residue. Takes 7 watt bulb.
- music box worked at the time of cataloging, but it did not light up at the time of cataloging.
- Cord in good condition. Music box winder on the back.
