Antique Clothing Ringer and Umbrella Drying Rack

An antique clothes ringer on a stand and an umbrella drying rack stamped "Umbrella Clothes Bars Patd Nov 7, 1907 No 7" on the iron base.
Condition
The tray on the clothing ringer is broken and the drying rack is missing one rod.
