Item Details

An original 1857 antique three-color stone lithograph by very well-listed American artist Edward Beyer (1820-1865). Beyer in the Clerks Office of the District of Virginia” sits in the center. The piece’s title is printed in yellow at the bottom of the print. The print is presented behind non-glare glass in a modern speckled silver-toned frame. A wire is attached to the verso for hanging. Beyer began his career in Germany, before he and his wife immigrated to the Eastern United States in 1848.
