Antique 1910 Radioptican Projector for Post Cards or Photos

An early form of in home entertainment in the form of an early projector for postcards or slides. This projector has all of it’s original parts and also original instruction books. This is model number 231, the more expensive of the electric models from that era. The finish is highly polished, oxidized copper plate, hand curled. The circular design that use to grace this model has faded away with time, but remnants of it are still present in the light. This item has been plugged in and works beautifully. While the projector’s original cloth cord is in good condition, it is recommended that it be replaced to avoid a fire hazard.
