Vintage Emil J. Paidar Art Deco Barber Shop Chair

An Art Deco barber chair manufactured by The Emil J. Paidar Company of Chicago. Dating to the 1930s, this chair is in full working order with crank and backrest adjustments. Painted beige on metal, accented with white and green armrests and a grated footrest. This chair also features the original leather straps for straight blades. There are minor tears to the back rest, and oxidation lightly present on the silver metal areas. In all around good condition considering age and normal use.

Condition

Wear is completely consistent with age and former, regular commercial use.
