A pair of porcelain cottages based on locales depicted in Charles Dickens’ novella, A Christmas Carol, made by Department 56 as part of Dickens Village series. Each cottage comes with a light that plugs in through the back of the piece and light up its interior and windows. This lot includes ‘The Cottage of Bob Cratchit and Tiny Tim.’ In A Christmas Carol, Bob Cratchit is the overworked, underpaid clerk of Ebenezer Scrooge, and Tiny Tim is his very ill family member who walks on crutches. This item comes in its original box.
