An offset lithograph with hand-drawn chalk pastel accents on sepia-toned paper attributed by a sticker on the verso to well-listed American artist Mahonri Young (1877-1957). The image is titled Ballerina. It depicts a gestural drawing of a young ballerina slipping her shoe onto her foot. The piece is unsigned. It is presented behind glass in a hammered pewter-toned frame with white linen trim. A sticker from Mary Leonhard Ran Fine Paintings in Cincinnati is attached to the verso, and gives the piece’s title, artist, medium, and dimensions.
