A retired United States Navy electronic multimeter. Commissioned by the Navy Department Bureau of Ships to test radio equipment, used from circa 1946 to as late as the 1970s. One fuse is still in tack and the model plate is screwed to the top.

Condition

- powered on. One fuse is in tact.
