A black and brass bar cart by Maxwell Phillips. The cart has laminate surfaces and wooden bamboo shaped supports between the tiers. There is a brass raised lip on the tray surfaces. The cart pivots on four rubber wheels.

Condition

- some tarnishing to the metal, fade to the laminate finish, and overall wear to the piece consistent with age and use.
