Item Details

An antique Chinese, glazed archaistic earthenware wine jar. Jar in apple bodied form with a wide mouth and a round shoulder. In a rich copper green and blue jun type glaze with fish roe crackle. To the bottom is an inlaid porcelain four-character excavation seal, one character translated to read ‘collection’. Possibly, Ming, Song or Tang dynasty.
