A limited edition action figure featuring the 34th President Dwight D. Eisenhower manufactured by Toypresidents Inc in 2005. This is a talking action figure and has thirty phrases. He also comes with a stand and a biography. The president has his original box and is still secured inside. He has been tested and does not work at this time. Unsure if item needs batteries or current batteries are dead.
