A 1940 World Series program is the focal point of this lot. The program is the Cincinnati Reds Crosley Field version, the majestic bald eagle with the American Flag shield adorns the cover. This was the Reds second straight trip to the World Series; they faced the Detroit Tigers in this series. The Reds won the series four games to three. This program was originally obtained at Crosley Field.
