Limoges France Framed Series of Miniature Portraits with Small Dish
Item Details
A grouping of framed miniature portraits from Limoges, France. Each porcelain portrait features a different young woman, with red felt background and gilt wooden frame. A decorative plate is also included, which features two aristocratic young children from the eighteenth century playing in a field. The plate has a dark blue rim with gold embellishments. The plate is marked to the back in french.
Condition
- to fair. Frames show some wear. One portrait has come unglued from frame.
