Antique Walnut Empire Box Sofa

Item Details

A 19th century Empire box sofa with a walnut frame, beveled armrests, twisted column front legs, rectangular headrest with walnut veneer, applied carved scroll detailing, and inlaid accent strips with an inlaid scroll pattern wood to center with small round mother of pearl dots. This sofa has been reupholstered in a deep burgundy velvet.

- reupholstered, some missing inlay to back, scratch and dings throughout
