"Gregg" Original Oil on Canvas Painting

An original oil on canvas painting depicting a field of bright sketchlike sunflowers. The painting uses quick, loose brushstrokes and areas of rich impasto texture to create flowers that seem to be actively blowing in the wind. The painting is signed ‘Gregg’ in the lower right corner — this was a name popularly used by Chinese factories that mass-produced paintings in this style in the 1990s. The painting is original, but was likely made by a team of artists rather than an individual painter. It is presented in a lightweight plastic frame printed with faux-wood texture. A stamp on the verso of the canvas reads ‘All Reproduction Rights Reserved.’ A wire is attached to the verso of the piece for hanging.

Condition

-light accretion is beginning to build up on image. A few small scratches can be seen across the frame.
