A 1920s-inspired signed Giuseppe Armani porcelain figurine. This elegant piece depicts a stunning woman with a beaded headband and dangling earrings, dressed in a low cut emerald green gown with beaded accents, an asymmetrical hemline and a flowing black sash. She holds an open white book in her arms. The figurine is supported on an oval base atop a high gloss dark wood base. A metal plaque to the front reads ‘G. Armani’. Markings to the back of the oval base read, ‘Limited Edition / 446/5000 / Florence / copyright 1987,’ with the capodimonte porcelain crown ‘N’ mark. The piece is also signed in black ink by the artist.
