Rare Original 50's Grey Fiestaware Disc Pitcher
Item Details
A rare original 50’s gray Fiestaware Disc pitcher. The more sophisticated gray glaze was first seen during the growing modernist Eames Era when Homer Laughlin Co. started to introduce colors from a more subdued palette compared to their bold original color predecessors of the 1930s yet kept the art deco-influenced lines. This hard-to-find color in an original shape, is a quintessential example of the changes and trends set forth by Homer Laughlin Co. in the American tableware arena.
