Vintage Hand Beaded Evening Bag

A vintage hand beaded evening bag. This bag, made in France, has an ornate exterior completely covered in black beads with interspersed embroidered flowers and yellow beads. The interior is black satin. The top is lined in a pressed gold-colored metal with a twisted bead design on the top with a hinged clasp to close the purse. The strap is a short brass chain. The interior of the purse includes a small powder compact/lipstick tube and and comb in a case.

Condition

Remnants of powder evident on compact and interior still contains some. Some beading or strings lose, but no evident empty spots.
