Will M. Barraud "The Fathers of The Pack" Framed Engraving

An antique hand colored engraving depicting three charming hounds originally painted by artist Will M. Barraud (England 1810 – Oct. 1st 1850) titled "The Fathers of the Pack". Barraud was a well known painter and illustrator focusing primarily on animals. This 19th Century hand colored engraving is marked "Fairplay, Helicon, Watchmen, The Fathers of the Pack, Hounds of the Pytchley Hunt" it is archival matted in linen and framed in a composite wood with a mahogany stain and applied molded beading.

Condition

- very slight yellowing consistent with age
