A hand signed photo offset lithograph of Coming Soon: Quail Valley Condos by well-known Cincinnati wildlife artist Charley Harper (1922-2007). The print features a bulldozer pushing out insects and birds in iconic Harper graphics. It is signed in pencil to the lower right and titled in pencil to the lower left. Printed to the lower edge is the title and copyright date ‘2002’. Presented without frame or matting.

Harper was a beloved Cincinnati artist and conservationist, renowned for his minimal realism style.
