Eastlake Hall Tree Coat Rack Umbrella Stand with Mirror
Item Details
An antique Eastlake hall tree coat rack umbrella stand with mirror. The walnut stand has a geometric pattern carved into the top that is echoed throughout the piece, as well as in the cutouts along the sides of the back panel. Four coat pegs sit on either side of a mirror (11" x 19") for eight total. A small shelf supported by front legs with simple turns provides a surface area, with a small drawer underneath. There is an umbrella stand on each side of the piece, with a square cutout in the shelf and original C. Blake cast iron drip trays on bottom, stamped "Pat’d Nov 1 1870" and "By C. Blake." The right front shelf leg is loose, and the bottom peg on the left side has been repaired.
