Two Antiquarian Books by Washington Irving
Item Details
A pair of antiquarian books written by Washington Irving includes the book entitled The Sketch Book of Geoffrey Crayon, Gent (Donohue, Henneberry & Co., Chicago, 1890). This book is bound in red cloth with a blind stamped decorative cover with gilt lettering on the spine. Also included is Irving Selections From the Sketch Book, edited by Elmer E. Wentworth (Allyn and Bacon, Boston, 1894). This volume is from the series Academy Classics. The book is bound in dark blue cloth with gilt lettering on the spine and front cover.
Condition
Normal wear for age and usage: foxing, bumped corners, edge wear. One volume has pencil and pen markings on the front and back end pages. Bindings are tight.
