"A League of Their Own" Movie Baseball Uniform

Item Details

A Racine Belles women’s replica baseball uniform, purported to be from the movie, ‘A League of Their Own’ (worn by an extra in the cast) and a signed print is the focal point of this lot. The uniform is yellow with the GPBL (Girls Professional Baseball League) patch on the left sleeve and the Racine Belles patch on the chest. The hat is blue and yellow striped and the stirrups are blue (probably a design that was considered but not used). There is a print advertising the movie that was signed by members of the cast: Geena Davis, Tom Hanks, Madonna, Rosie O’Donnell, Jon Lovitz, Garry Marshall and Bill Pullman. Their signatures are authenticated by Signed Pictures; their certificate is included. The uniform does not have paper work. These items are displayed in an acrylic shadow box.
