An early 20th century mezzotint engraving by Samuel Arlent Edwards (1862-1938) of a young boy in red. The print features a young boy wearing red pants and shirt with tall brown boots and a sword, standing with an arm resting on a green table in front of a window. The print is pencil signed to the lower right with an illegible inscription. Presented behind glass in a wooden frame with cream matting; ready to hang.
Edwards studied Art and Architecture at Kensington Museum Art School and is most known for his single mezzotint engravings in color.
