Hickory Chair Company James River Federal Walnut Flip Top Table

A Federal style flip top table from the Hickory Chair Company’s Historical James River Plantations collection. The walnut top has a satinwood inlay and flips from half moon to full circle. The half moon side has two drawers that swing outward. Legs are simple tapers with tulip feet. Folded, the table has two side legs, a front leg, and a centered back leg. In its full circle, the centered back leg extends so that the table has four legs, evenly spaced around the edges of the circle.
