An Batesville Cabinet Company dining table and six chairs in a Jacobean revival style. The piece is made of oak, with intricate applied carvings throughout in thistle and acanthus leaf motifs. This lovely octagonal shaped table features an antique stained finish with mirrored angled plank top, molded edge with floral carving, and a trestle base. The base is exquisitely detailed with twisted supports and turned pedestals with acanthus leaf motif. The upholstered chairs features spire finials, carved medallion backrest, and heavily turned and carved front legs. The chairs are upholstered in a blue fabric with pink and cream floral brocade flowers. Included are five side chairs, one host chair and one leaf.
